Artemisia annua is a plant from the Asteraceae family. Originally from China, it has been used for 2000 years to fight viruses and fevers. Today, this therapeutic plant is cultivated in France and in several African countries such as Madagascar and Cameroon. Artemisia annua is recognizable by its remarkable height which can reach two or even three meters. In addition, it is distinguished by its dark green flowers, which generally have an oval or triangular shape.

Sowing: in a pot
Sowing advice: Sow in trays, under a light shelter. Do not cover seeds that germinate in the light. Keep the seedlings moist using a sprayer. When possible, transplant the plants into individual pots and then into the open ground when they have 5 to 6 leaves. The distance between plants is 60 cm to 1 m. Seed germination can take a few days to several weeks.
