Calabash seeds (Lagenaria siceraria) 10 seeds

The Pilgrim's Calabash is a running gourd.

It bears 3 to 6 fruits per plant, 18 to 30 cm in diameter and 20 to 40 cm long.

When dried, it takes on a hazelnut color, speckled with brown and rust.

This variety is ideal for decoration and utensil making.

Sowing: in April, in pots in a bright place (temperature 12°C), transplant in a sunny location in mid-May at 1 m in all directions for non-running varieties and 1.20 m on the rows and 2 m between rows for running varieties. Watering. Addition of compost recommended.

Reproducible seeds harvested exclusively in the Pot'à'Jo garden, a horticultural and permaculture market garden of 1500m². Everything is cultivated there with deep respect for nature and their inhabitants. I have been growing my own seeds from seed to seed for years.
