Merveille des 4 Saisons lettuce is a large red-brown head lettuce, tender, sweet and refreshing.
Lettuce for all seasons. Large, moderately tight apple, finely blistered and very strongly tinged with red-brown. Resistant to cold and drought. Obtained from Vilmorin at the end of the 19th century.
Variety resistant to cold and drought.
Spring head lettuces
Sowing: light in February or March in a nursery or under a frame. Transplant when the plants have a few leaves, in a sunny position in fertile, humus-rich and fresh soil 20 cm in all directions. Harvest approximately 2 months after sowing. -
