Aji Pineapple is a chili pepper with a light pineapple flavor and is very productive. Its heat is around 30,000 Scoville units. It is excellent in powder form, in salsas, in relishes, excellent in soups and with white meats.
Growing to over 1 meter tall and boasting incredible productivity, Aji Pineapple peppers mature from green to a deep orange-yellow when ripe. A medium-sized yellow pepper is about 10 cm long, but can reach up to 18 cm.
Reproducible seeds harvested exclusively in the Pot'à'Jo garden, a 1500m² horticultural and permaculture market garden. Everything is grown with a deep respect for nature and its inhabitants. I have been growing my own seeds for years, from seed to seed. -
