DetailsBONO Cucumber Seeds (Cucumis sativus) 15 seeds
Outdoor cucumber with large, dark green fruits, approximately 20 cm long; not very rough. Suitable for growing in open ground and also in forcing greenhouses.
Sow in a nursery bed or directly outdoors in a warm location after the last frost, around mid-May. Sow in moist soil and do not water again until the seeds have germinated to prevent mold. Add compost to each plant. Water regularly.
Transplant the seedlings only after the risk of frost has passed. Otherwise, protect them from frost and cold rain until the end of the Ice Saints period (May 15th).
Open-pollinated seeds harvested exclusively from the Pot'à'Jo garden, a 1500m² market garden combining horticulture and permaculture. Everything is cultivated there with deep respect for nature and its inhabitants. I have been cultivating my own seeds, from seed to seed, for years. -
