Lady Godiva squash has green skin, then as it ripens it turns yellow.
The fruits are about thirty centimeters in diameter.
Its seeds are mainly consumed; its flesh is edible but does not have much taste.
To access the seeds, you can burst your squash by hitting it on the ground or on a sharp rock.
Store dried pumpkin seeds in a jar.
A variety of squash that doesn't run very well.
Reproducible seeds harvested exclusively in the Pot'à'Jo garden, a 1500m² horticultural and permaculture market garden. Everything is grown with a deep respect for nature and its inhabitants. I have been growing my own seeds for years, from seed to seed. -
