Heirloom variety originating from Thailand.
Pale green, thin and elongated fruit that can reach 25 to 30 cm in length when growing conditions are optimal.
Tender flesh with excellent flavor, one of the best eggplants, very popular with top chefs.
It is advisable to pick the fruits before they are too big, they will be even better.
Vigorous plant with great development, reaching one meter.
Good seasonal production, 10 to 12 fruits/plant.
Reproducible seeds harvested exclusively in the Pot'à'Jo garden, a horticultural and permaculture market garden of 1500m². Everything is cultivated there with deep respect for nature and their inhabitants. I have been growing my own seeds from seed to seed for years. -
