    On the Scoville scale, their heat units are similar, but there is a clear distinction in taste between the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Chocolate sub-variety. The notable difference between these two varieties is a milder, less acidic flavor that combines smoky nuances and an earthy touch typical of "chocolate" peppers. But don't let this mildness fool you, as this is still an extreme pepper with a sharp stinger ready to inject its venom into anyone who tries to get close.
    On the Scoville scale, its strength is between 1,500,000 and 2,000,000, making it one of the hottest peppers in the world, just behind the Carolina Reaper.

    WARNING: do not forget to wear gloves even when sowing, as it is mainly seeds that have the highest scoville levels.
