Aji Pineapple is a pepper with a slight pineapple flavor and is very productive. Its heat is around 30,000 scoville units. It is excellent in powder, in salsas, in relishes, excellent in soups and white meats.
Pepper produced in the Pot'à'Jo garden in Gironde 33 France, harvested in October 2024, keep dry, consume before October 2025. -
